According to the Gartner Group, the worldwide demand for IT outsourcing will grow by 860% by 2015. According to Tholons research, the off shore IT market will be $141 billion by 2014, and the off shore BPO market will grow to $ 133 billion by 2014. In 2006, THINKstrategies conducted a survey with the Cutter Consortium, found that almost a third of the respondents are already using SAAS (Software-as-a-service) and another third are considering SAAS, with the vast majority expecting to adopt SAAS in 2006. The survey also found over 90% of the current SAAS users are satisfied with this new application delivery model, 86.5% expect to acquire additional SAAS offerings, and almost 92% would recommend SAAS solutions to others.

Maturity of Industry

Offshore outsourcing has not reached the peak yet. With the rise of intellectual project exports, many countries are re-defining their tax laws, intellectual property laws, and Privacy laws in the favor of the outsourcing corporations like The OC 360.
